Gito means small in the local dialect of the Nyamasheke region where this coffee grows, and it is a blend from the local farmers. This coffee is the product of a partnership with the Muraho Trading Company and Raw Material, aiming to maximise the revenue for the farmers. I've roasted this Red Bourbon coffee a little darker than the rest of our coffees, with the aim of making it more accessible to more palates. Expect flavours of Hazelnut, Dark Chocolate and Brown Sugar.
