SIPRO, short for Sierra Productora de Cafe, is an association of 9 small holder producers in Amatenago de la Frontera in Chiapas, Mexico. SIPRO was formed in order to gain access directly to the coffee market. As with all our coffees, this is bought through Raw Material, a non profit coffee exporter/importer. This washed Plum Hidalgo coffee is a very noble & elegant, expect flavours of Dark Chocolate, Toffee and Red Apple.
